Biography

Omar Antonio Figueroa, born October 26, 1989, in Bayamón, Puerto Rico, is an associate producer with contributions to notable projects such as “Sweet Thing” (2020), “Little Miss Sumo” (2018), and “Cats Kill” (2017). His interest in filmmaking was sparked at age 6 by his father’s introduction to a VHS camera. By 13, he was producing short films with friends in Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico, earning a significant online audience through platforms like iFilm and YouTube. In May 2010, Omar relocated to Los Angeles, California, to advance his career, where he has since worked with organizations like XSN, TheOneRing.net, Wizards of the Coast, and Netflix.
